Is this only for big garage chains?

No. One-person mobile mechanic, independent garage, MOT bay, EV specialist or multi-site workshop — same tool, same price per seat.

What happens if a tech loses signal mid-check?

Every change is written to local storage first. The job keeps running, photos queue, and everything syncs the moment connectivity returns.

Can the PDF and web report use our branding?

Yes. Upload your logo and pick an accent colour in settings — both the customer web report and the PDF export update instantly.

How does the approval flow work?

Technicians submit a job. Managers see it in the review queue and can approve, request changes (with a note) or comment. Customer reports only become public once approved.

Can the PDF show just the fails, or the full audit?

Yes. Each template has a default PDF profile, and reviewers can override per export — choose what shows: pass items, photos, signatures, notes, QR, score.

Does it handle EV high-voltage checks?

Yes. Build any check sheet you need — HV isolation, insulation resistance, battery SoH — with required photos, signatures and pass thresholds.
